This role will manage assigned product lines, partner with commercial and technical teams, and help translate customer needs into product, pricing, pipeline, and roadmap actions.\nReports to: Senior Director, Product Management\nKey Responsibilities\nManage assigned FS product lines, including IC slurries, substrates, pads, SPI, and CMP cleans, based on portfolio priorities.\nDrive revenue growth, margin performance, pricing discipline, and pipeline execution for the assigned portfolio.\nLead NPI activities from customer qualification through adoption in partnership with sales, applications, R&D, and TPM teams.\nMaintain accurate monthly forecasts and communicate pipeline risks, opportunities, and required actions.\nRepresent Singapore customer needs in roadmap, lifecycle, and portfolio discussions with global product and business leaders.\nRequisite Criteria & Skills\nBachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.\n5+ years of experience in semiconductor materials, CMP, wet chemistry, product management, applications, business development, or a related role.\nExperience working with semiconductor customers and translating customer needs into business and product actions.\nStrong business acumen in pricing, margin, forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional execution.\nStrong communication skills;
