This new hire will work closely with various business functions to support manufacturing processes and resolve customer product quality inquiries.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManufacturing & Process Excellence\nSustain manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. \nDrive improvements in safety, yield, throughput, cost, and process capability through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. \nSupport equipment troubleshooting by providing guidance and hands-on assistance to remedy and correct issues. \nSupport growth through capacity equipment and process qualifications. \nQuality & Compliance\nOwn product quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from incoming materials through finished goods. \nMaintain process controls, risk management tools, and quality systems, including SPC, FMEAs, and Control Plans. \nSupport customer, regulatory, and ISO audits while ensuring compliance with quality and change control requirements. \nProblem Solving & Continuous Improvement\nLead root cause investigations for manufacturing and quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. \nReduce process variation through statistical analysis, process control strategies, and engineering solutions. \nApply structured problem-solving methodologies to improve reliability, quality, and operational performance. \nCross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Leadership\nPartner with Operations, Customer and Supplier Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to achieve business objectives. \nSupport new product introductions, process transfers, scale-ups, and releases to manufacturing. \nDevelop process documentation, work instructions, and operator training programs. \nServe as a technical expert for manufacturing processes, metrology systems, and quality improvement initiatives. \nWhat We Seek:\nBS or MS in Chemical Engineering, or similar related engineering field, or equivalent work experience. \nProfessionalism, integrity, and high degree of accountability. \nLeadership skills and willingness to work with others. \nAbility to adapt to work environment, work force and customers’ needs. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to learn new systems and tools quickly. \nDocumentation and technical writing skills. \nExcellent communication skills and ability to present technical data to all levels of the organization and external customers. \nAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. \nProject management and organizational skills. \nOutstanding Candidates Will Have:\n5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred semiconductor industry. \n“Safety First” attitude which is practiced with integrity and a high degree of accountability for end results. \nProven experience leading complex investigations, implementing process control systems, and improving stability and capability. \nExpertise with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and other structured problem-solving tools. \nUnderstanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom requirements. \nEnthusiastic learner and continuous improvement mindset. \nWHY WORK AT ENTEGRIS? \nLead.
