The successful candidate will drive new product development, product transfer, and related revenue commitments by working closely with global Business/Product Management, Engineering, Operations Leaders and their teams Ensuring successful on-time and on-budget product launches through effective project scoping, planning, and execution across global cross-functional teams. The candidate will drive alignment among stakeholders, manage project risks and dependencies, and facilitate effective decision-making throughout the product lifecycle. As a key member of the Business Operations Organization, you will also coach and mentor engineers as project leaders within the various programs to drive execution.\nIn this role you will: \nManage the NPD portfolio(專案組合) with key functional partners (business, engineering, and operations) to ensure clarity and alignment of priorities across teams as well as stakeholders. \nDevelop and support metrics-based reporting of results on the portfolio and projects for the assigned BU. \nProvide program structure for managing multiple projects, determine communication plans, and successfully execute strategy by planning, scheduling, prioritizing, and managing resources and budgets. Lead stakeholder updates and drive progress across all levels of the organization. \nProvide leadership and alignment on technical topics, risk mitigation, and contingency planning. Hold the team accountable for completing activities, decision making, communicating expectations, and delegating activities for successful completion of projects. \nServe as a role model in Program and Project Management for best practices within Entegris. Guide project teams through the Stage-Gate process and ensure readiness for major project milestones. \nSupport product launch, qualification, technology transfer, and commercialization activities. via the Stage-Gate Process. \nContinuously improve business-related processes/tools as well innovate processes for efficient project and program management. \nTraits we believe make a strong candidate:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, program management or similar technical field. Or related experience \n8+ years of project and program management experience at a global organization serving the semi-conductor manufacturing or other high-tech industry. \nProven track record of displaying situationally dependent leadership skills, and the ability to look at the larger scope and guide the project teams for successful completion of critical milestones. \nAbility to adapt to changes to keep the project timeline on track by efficiently managing resources and team. \nAbility to lead global cross-functional teams in the execution of complex tasks. \nAbility to coach and mentor engineering project leaders in PMO tools and processes. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization. \nBeing proactive, highly adaptable, and with the ability to drive plans to completion. \nTechnical knowledge and understanding of engineering-related work to efficiently manage programs. \nStrong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities. \nFinancial acumen and value-driven mindset related to project and portfolio metrics to generate insights and decisions in partnership with global teams and stakeholders. \nAbility to utilize data, visualization, and enterprise AI tools (Microsoft Co-Pilot) to drive automation, simplification, and increased speed and efficiency to deliver new products \nAbility to manage stakeholders’ expectations for successful program execution. \nProficiency in project management tools (Example: MS Project) \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English. \nOutstanding Candidates Will Have: \nGraduate degree in a technical field \nExperience leading complex New Product Development (NPD) and product transfer programs from concept through commercialization. \nExperience in semiconductor, filtration, advanced materials, chemical, or other high-technology industries. \nExperience with portfolio management, executive reviews, and organizational prioritization. \nPMP or other recognized project management certification. \nproficiency in project analytics, data visualization, and enterprise AI
