As a key member of the Business Operations Organization, the successful candidate will drive new product delivery and related revenue commitments by working closely with global Business/Product Management, Engineering, and Operations Leaders and their teams. This position will manage NPD and complex strategic programs as groups of related projects for on-time and on-budget product launches by scoping, planning, and driving execution of activities within the global cross functional teams. The candidate will also coach and mentor engineers as project leaders within the various programs to drive execution.\nIn this role you will:\nManage the NPD portfolio with key partnersand stakeholders(business, engineering, and operations) to ensure clarity and alignment of priorities.\n\nDevelop and support metrics-based reporting of results on the portfolio and projects for the assigned BU.\n\nProvideandmaintaintheprogram structure for managing multiple projectstoincludecommunication plans,schedules, milestone and gate adherence,prioritization, and managing resources and budgets.\n\nLead stakeholder updates and driveBU programprogress across all levels of the organization.\n\nProvide leadership on technical topics,decision making,risk mitigation, and contingency planning.\n\nLaunch new products via the Stage-Gate Process.\n\nHold theprojectteamsaccountable for completing activities,managing/meeting customer expectations,decision making,schedule adherence,communicatingstatusand successful delivery.\n\nLead and own a few key/critical projects in the BU portfolio.\n\nServe as a role model in Program and Project Management for best practices within Entegris.\n\nContinuously improve businessand program managementrelated processes/tools for efficient projectdelivery.\n\nTraits we believe make a strong candidate:\nBS/MS degree in Engineering,Sciences, or similar technical field or related experience.\n\n8+ years of projectandprogrammanagement experience at a global organization serving the semi-conductormanufacturingor otherregulated/high-techindustry(ex:medical device,defense/aerospace,electronics, plastics).\n\nProventrack recordof displaying leadership skills, and the ability to look at the bigger picture and guide the project teams for successful completion of critical milestones.\n\nAbility to adapt to changes to keep the project timeline on track by efficiently managing resources and team.\n\nAbility to lead global cross functional teams in the execution of complex tasks.\n\nAbility to coach and mentor engineering project leaders in PMO tools and processes.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability tointerfaceand influence at all levels of an organization.\n\nBeing proactive, highly adaptable, and with the ability to drive plans to completion.\n\nTechnical knowledge and understanding of engineering-related work to efficiently manage programs.\n\nFinancial acumen and value-driven mindset related to project and portfolio metrics to generate insights and decisions in partnership with global teams and stakeholders.\n\nAbility toutilizedata, visualization, and enterprise AI tools (Microsoft Co-Pilot) to drive automation, simplification, and increased speed and efficiency to deliver new productsfaster.\n\nAbility to manage stakeholders’ expectations for successful program execution.\n\nProficiencyin project management tools (ex: MS Project, JIRA,Smartsheets)\n\nOutstanding Candidates Will Have:\nGraduatedegree inatechnicalor managementfield\n\nProductManagement, Engineering, or Manufacturingscale-upleadershipexperience\n\nPMPor similar certification\n\nDelivered new products from end-to-end in a medium to high volume manufacturing environment\n\nWhat We Offer:\nAt Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
