This position can be based remotely in the US within a state that Entegris operates in.\nThe Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM) New Product Introductions (NPIs) from concept through release to high volume manufacturing. This role serves as the technical execution owner, ensuring alignment across Business Development, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to deliver ADM products that meet customer requirements for performance, quality, and scalability.\nThis is a remote opportunity, and the candidate can be based in the following states: MA, CT, PA, IL, TX, NV.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive New Product Introduction’ from concept/feasibility through release to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.\nDefine, track, manage, and report New Product Introduction PI milestones (sampling, development, HVM)\nIdentify and mitigate technical and executions risks across development and execution phases.\nCoordinate cross functional execution to meet customer requirements, quality, and scale\nDrive standardization of product development processes, tools, and best practices.\nIdentify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.\nPromote data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving.\nAid in crafting customer communications to balance customer requirements, effective marketing of products, and strategic protection of information to maintain competitive advantage \nManage complex, high-impact programs that are critical to the business or customer \nWhat We Seek\nA minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related degree/discipline is required\n8+ years of direct experience with technical projects and strong understanding of engineering workflows, development of lifecycles, or manufacturing processes.\nPreferred experience with advanced deposition technologies and/or new product development within semiconductor fabrication or related high-technology manufacturing environments.\nStrong project management skills, including but not limited to, risk assessment and mitigation, conflict management, meeting management, task management, stakeholder management & project closure\nStrong written & verbal communication skills \nStrong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams. \nAbility to translate technical ambiguity into clear execution plans.\nWhy Work at Entegris\nLead.
