This position will fabricate various stainless-steel tubes per engineering drawings and specifications. This may include cutting, facing, bending, and de-burring. These tasks will be accomplished by using vertical bandsaws, CNC tube bend equipment, porta band saws, roto bur tools, files, tube facing tools and various hand tools and measuring equipment. This position is expected to always operate in a safe manner and comply with all applicable work instructions.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nWorks from instructions, drawings, and lists of various tube diameters and lengths with supervision. \nUse SAP to print drawings and tube cut lists. \nCut, prepare, and bend tubes per drawings. \nAbility to follow verbal instructions. \nFollow engineering specifications to produce quality and accurate products in a timely manner. \nPerforms routine, repetitive operations and processes to produce quality and accurate products in a timely manner. \nComplete 6S responsibilities (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain, safety). \nMaintain a safe and clean work environment and maintain or increase On-Time Shipments. \nAbility to work safely and recognize the safety of others. \nProvide accuracy and consistency in work performance. \nLearn proper measuring techniques, tool use, care, and quality standards. \nWork with a team as well as independently when needed. \nCreate a healthy and safe work environment for all employees. \nAny other duties as assigned. \nWhat We Seek:\nHigh School Diploma or GED. \n0-2 years’ experience in cutting de-burring and cleaning tubing and fittings. \nAbility to learn to navigate through our ERP system to find, drawings and instructions. \nAbility to lift and/or move up to 50lbs daily. \nAbility be on your feet for extended periods of time. \nFocus on attention to detail to drive plant safety and product quality. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. \nAbility to learn how to handle material responsibly. \nDependability and flexibility to work overtime and weekends to support business needs.\nWhy work at Entegris?\nLead.
