is job oriented, following detailed blueprints, customer specifications, and internal work instructions;\nOperate hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and computers, (desktop and machine control varieties)\nOperate powered machine tools such as vertical CNC mills, manual and CNC lathes, surface and centerless grinders, cup grinders, bandsaws, and other machining equipment;\nPerform machine setups and/or operate equipment that is setup by more skilled operators;\nComplete machining tasks within a customer job;\nRoutinely perform initial setup on new parts;.\nAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.\nFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines to consistently produce high-quality products.\nMay be tasked with preventative maintenance and housekeeping duties.\nQualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Physical Requirements):\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent;\nPossess math and precision measurement skills and able to read machine drawings;\nPossess advanced knowledge of machining methods;\nAstute attention to detail to drive Safety and Quality;\nAbility to perform visual checks and handle materials responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);\nWork any shift as required to meet business needs;\nExperience in working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment a plus;\nCandidate must have the capacity to comply with the federally mandated requirements of U.S. export control laws.\nPhysical Requirements\n· Completion of pre-employment physical required\n· Physical requirements of the job include:\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs. as needed.\nCapability to ascend and descend ladders using a three-point grip.\nFrequent tasks will include squatting, kneeling, bending, reaching, and standing.\nOccasional work may be required in confined workspaces.\nAbility to perform hand squeezes requiring force up to 30 lbs.\nPerforming repetitive tasks or motions for extended periods.\nMaintaining balance and coordination, especially when working on elevated platforms or in areas with uneven surfaces.\nCapability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods, often in varying environmental conditions (e.g., hot, cold, or humid environments).\nAdequate visual acuity to perform detailed inspections or precision
