This position will report directly to the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor. Candidate will be responsible for daily production equipment maintenance both planned and unplanned activities based on priorities.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nFollow all safety best practices and always wear required PPE while on the production floor.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with Entegris 6S standards.\nFully comply with all Life Saving Rules, including proper use of LOTO and appropriate arc-flash PPE.\nWork from drawings, diagrams, schematics, technical manuals, and written or verbal instructions to perform troubleshooting and repairs.\nPerform work within a cleanroom environment as required.\nDisassemble, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systems.\nMaintain up-to-date manuals for preventive maintenance and replacement parts.\nSafely handle and work around process chemicals and gases.\nMaintain accurate files, records, and documentation to support continuous improvement initiatives.\nBe available to work irregular hours or return to the site in the event of unexpected equipment breakdowns or urgent projects.\nPromote and uphold safe and healthy working conditions across the department.\nCollaborate closely with process and equipment engineers to resolve chronic equipment issues and implement corrective actions.\nEnsure full compliance with departmental safety procedures and company standards.\nKeep the work area clean, safe, and compliant at all times.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nCommunicate progress and status updates to your team and supervisor at the end of each shift\nOutstanding Candidates Will Have:\nAAS Degree in Electronics/Electromechanics, Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Control and Automation Engineering \nExperience in equipment maintenance of manufacturing equipment.\nExperience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electromechanical, and PLCs. \nHigh vacuum experience, including mechanical vacuum pumps, cryo pumps, diffusion pumps, and turbo pumps \nExperience with RF electricity including tuning and matching networks \nAble to adapt to the changing needs of a high-paced manufacturing environment \nKnowledgeable with computer controls and systems including support equipment. \nProficient in the use of most types of hand tools and meters \nDemonstrate ability to communicate effectively \nAble to diagnose and make correction for equipment faults and programming error effectively. \nGood organizational and follow-up skills, as well as sharp attention to detail \nKnowledge of SAP a plus \nWhat We Offer:\nOur total rewards package goes above and beyond just a paycheck.
