This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime, maintaining equipment reliability, and ensuring a safe and productive working environment.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nMaintain all production process equipment effectively to ensure optimal performance.\n\nManage and maintain an adequate supply of spare parts within budget to minimize equipment downtime.\n\nIdentify preventive maintenance (PM) requirements and maintain accurate records of all activities performed.\n\nParticipate actively in company initiatives such as training sessions and continuous improvement projects.\n\nComply with all workplace safety guidelines and ensure proper adherence at all times.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.\n\nWhat We Seek:\nMinimum2years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of training and demonstrated capability to perform the job duties.\n\nDiploma orvocational qualification with a Machine Certificate or equivalent.\n\nWillingness and ability to work on a shift schedule and respond to call-back requirements.\n\nPC literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n\nStrong knowledge of PLC programming, with the ability to diagnose and correct equipment faults (preferably with Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi PLC systems).\n\nAbility to interpret complex mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical drawings.\n\nOutstanding Candidates Will Have:\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nHigh personal effectiveness and strong interpersonal skills.\n\nSolid problem-solving
