In this role, you will perform component inspection, basic assembly tasks, and packaging of finished products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. Responsibilities may include working with fixtures and hand tools, completing visual inspections, preparing materials for production, and documenting work accurately in manufacturing systems. Operators perform work in ISO Class 7 and 5 cleanroom environments and are expected to follow safety, cleanliness, and contamination-control protocols while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). This role emphasizes consistency, safe work practices, and supporting smooth production flow across multiple process areas.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nPerform visual inspection of product and take appropriate corrective actions when quality issues are identified\nEnsure product meets established specifications and escalate quality concerns through the proper channels\nSupport consistent product quality by following Entegris quality standards, ISO requirements, and other applicable standards\nPackage product according to defined packaging specifications and follow all routing steps as documented\nPerform assigned production operations in accordance with work orders, manufacturing instructions, and standard work practices\nComplete all required documentation accurately and on time, including First Piece sheets, verification sheets, rework logs, and labels\nEnter accurate and complete data into all required manufacturing systems, including SAP, CamLine, EDART, and MES, ensuring production records, material movements, and process information are correctly captured\nContribute to continuous improvement by supporting waste reduction, process consistency, and product quality initiatives\nComplete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals\nMaintain a clean, organized and safe work area in accordance with the 5S principals\nAlways wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and perform duties in a safe manner that aligns with all safety policies and procedures\nCommunicate potential hazards, safety concerns, near misses, or incidents immediately to a supervisor\nPerform other duties as assigned to support the overall business goals and objectives\nWhat We Seek:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\n0-1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment\nBasic computer skills (email, data entry, inventory systems)\nBasic skills with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)\nStrong attention to detail, with the ability to detect deviations in product quality\nAbility to use measuring devices, hand tools and fixtures\nWorks well independently and with others on collaborative projects\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nComfortable operating equipment such as a forklift\nFlexibility to work any shift needed to support business demand\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required PPE\nAbility to perform detailed visual inspections and manual tasks while handling materials safely\nAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. as required\nAbility to safely access elevated platforms or ladders when needed\nAbility to stand, walk, and perform repetitive or fine-motor tasks for extended periods\nWhat We Offer:\nAt Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
