Responsibilities may include ultrasonic and manual cleaning, visual inspection, basic mechanical assembly, sanding, and finishing processes, and tracking work in manufacturing systems. This role may be performed in a cleanroom and controlled production environments and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and consistent execution. Manufacturing Technician I employees may be cross trained in multiple production areas, including EUV assembly and machining finishing operations, based on business needs and certification progression\nWhat You’ll Do:\nPerform ultrasonic cleaning, pre-inspection, and manual cleaning of EUV pod bases and covers by following documented work instructions, cleanliness standards, and safety procedures to ensure product quality and readiness \nSupport EUV assembly operations by assisting with basic mechanical assembly tasks, using fixtures and hand tools, and working alongside experienced technicians to build technical skills and process knowledge \nPerform visual and cosmetic inspections using approved aesthetics standards, identify potential defects, and escalate concerns appropriately to support quality consistency and defect review processes \nSupport finishing and second-operation activities as trained, which may include sanding, masking, bead blasting, and final washing of parts in accordance with approved procedures and certification level \nTrack work accurately using manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, SAP, CamLine), including scanning serial numbers, completing checklists, documenting pass downs, and maintaining traceability throughout the production process \nComplete packaging, bagging, and labeling activities by preparing materials, printing dome and RFID labels, performing door torque testing, and verifying documentation to ensure safe handling and shipment of finished products \nMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area by following cleanroom protocols, applying 5S principles, and adhering to safety, recycling, and escalation guidelines \nParticipate in cross-training across EUV assembly, machining-finishing, and packaging operations to support workflow flexibility and business needs \nCommunicate potential hazards, safety concerns, near misses, or incidents immediately to a supervisor \nPromote a safe working environment and demonstrate Entegris PACE Values-People & Teamwork, Accountability & Integrity, Creativity & Innovation, and Dedication to Excellence-through reliable execution, teamwork, and continuous learning \nPerform other duties as assigned in support of production goals, operational efficiency, and business success \nWhat We Seek:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required \nAt least one year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or cleanroom environment \nBasic computer skills (email, data entry, inventory systems) \nProficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.) \nAbility to read and understand diagrams detailing product specifications \nAbility to use various measurement tools, including calipers, height/drop indicator, test indicator, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) \nGreat attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards \nProven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance \nStrong hand-eye coordination for welding, bonding, and precision assembly tasks \nDemonstrated effective communication and collaboration with others \nExcels at work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment \nCapable of understanding documented processes and procedures \nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to work in clean room and wear required PPE \nAdequate visual acuity to perform detailed inspections or precision work \nAbility to lift and/or move up to 50lbs daily \nAbility to perform repetitive gripping, twisting, bending, hand tool use and small-component handling \nMaintain balance and coordination, especially when working on elevated platforms or in areas with uneven surfaces \nStand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time \nWhat We Offer:\nAt Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
