This position will be located at our San Luis Obispo, CA facility.\nIn this role, youwill be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day effectiveness of a specific Value Stream by following the Standard Work for the position. The completion of this standard work will maximize the productivity and quality of that specific Value Stream through the support of each technician, process and/or work cell.\n*** This is a 2nd shift position, working 3pm-11:30pm.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nPerform daily pre-production walk through the assigned Value Stream that includes verifying that assembly kits are available and complete for each process, verifying inventory of floor stock is not gating production, assisting in the routing, closure, and completion of work orders.\nCreate “Build Books” of the systems prior to their assembly (as applicable).\nPrinting all drawings related to Project, verify redlines on drawings, report/document issues and work with Value Stream Manufacturing Engineer.\nComplete specified functions of 6S responsibilities. Specifically, sort, set in order, shine, sustain, safety.\nProvide accuracy and consistency in work performance.\nMaintain a safe and clean work environment.\nWork as a team.\nWhat We Seek:\nHigh School Diploma or GED. An associate degree or extended learning courses is desirable.\nMRP OS experience.\nPrevious warehousing experience preferred.\nComputer proficiency, data input, MS Operating Platform.\nAbility to perform visual checks and handle material responsibly.\nAbility to lift and/or move up to 40lbs daily.\nAbility to climb ladders and be on your feet for extended periods of time.\nAstute attention to detail.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.\nDependability with flexibility to work overtime and weekends to support business needs.\nSelf-starter able to work as part of a team and independently.\nWhy work at Entegris?\nLead.
