This position is onsite with primary responsibilitiesMonday through Friday supporting a 24/5 operation with oversight on weekends asrequired.\nWhatYou’llDo\nLead daily production activities (multiple shifts) for the CMP Pads business,establishingclear priorities, area assignments, and workflow coordination.\n\nBe accountable for safety, quality, delivery, throughput, cost, plant cleanliness, and adherence toestablishedprocesses and work instructions.\n\nTranslate manufacturing strategies into practical operatingobjectives, goals, and metrics that support profitable growth and continuous performance improvement.\n\nPartner with EHS and site leadership to strengthen safety culture, 5S+S/6S practices, hazard recognition, training, andtimelyinvestigation of safety concerns.\n\nMonitor schedule attainment, daily output, machine efficiency, material availability, and tool readiness; address gaps and escalate issues promptly.\n\nCoordinate production requirements with planning, maintenance, engineering,& qualitytomaintaintargeted output and on-time shipment.\n\nManage training and qualification programs for new and existing equipment and processes; identify skill gaps and maintain cross-training and contingency plans.\n\nEnsure work instructions are accurate, maintained, understood, and consistently followed; hold team members accountable to documented standards.\n\nImprove material flow, shiftpassdowns, tiered communication, operational efficiency, and visual performance management.\n\nInvestigate and support resolution of process issues using data, structured problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nPartner with New Product Introduction teams to transfer products, materials, and processes from pilot through high-volume manufacturing.\n\nDevelop team capability through coaching, communication of goals and expectations, performance management, and a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability.\n\nDemonstrate fiscal responsibility through budget planning, cost control, and disciplined inventory management.\n\nProvide off-shift and on-site support as business needs require.\n\nWhatWeSeek\nBachelor's degree, preferably in business operations, engineering, or a related technical field,required.\n\n10+ years ofoperationalexperienceor operations experience with continuously increasing responsibility and oversight;experience inCNC machining, web lamination, COBOTS,or the semiconductor/polymer processing industrypreferred.\n\n5+ years in a management or senior leadership role withdemonstratedsuccess leadingoperationsand cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong leadership, planning, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and hold others accountable.\n\nFlexibility to adapt to varying work environments, workforce needs, operating priorities, and customer requirements.\n\nWorking knowledge ofproduction relatedERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is preferred.\n\nProficiencywith Microsoft Office tools and the ability to create clear charts, graphs, and operational performance reporting.\n\nLean and/or Six Sigma knowledge withdemonstrateduse of continuous improvement methods.\n\nAbility to use data andsystems thinkingtoidentifyissues,establishpriorities, and drive sustainable results.\n\nAdherence to and embodiment of Entegris PACE Values\nPreferredQualifications\nA strong “Safety First” mindset, personal integrity, curiosity, and enthusiasm for continuous learning.\n\nHands-on leadership experience in a large or multi-shift manufacturing organization.\n\nStrong data driven mindset, highly experienced in capacity and flow analysis.\n\nExperience with JMP, SQL, Power BI, Excel, or comparable data-analysis tools.\n\nKnowledge of CNC and web lamination processes.\n\nWhy Work at Entegris\nLead.
