This role drives a strong quality culture, ensures effective execution of quality processes, and partnerscross-functionallyto support business goals, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.\nWhatYou’llDo:\nQuality Leadership,Compliance, Process Control\nEstablish,maintain, and continuously improve site quality systems, standards, and governance.\n\nEnsure quality policies, procedures, and standard methodologies are clearly defined, followed, and sustained.\n\nDrive a culture of quality, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\nEnsure quality-related training requirements are defined, completed, andmaintainedto support compliance and performance.\n\nDefine,maintain, and improve quality control processes that ensure product conformance and process stability.\n\nReduce product and process variation byidentifyingkey contributors and implementing effective control systems.\n\nEnsure integrity, accuracy, and traceability of quality and product data within quality systems.\n\nLead site quality activities including MRB/DRB participation, SPC review, audit support, and supplier quality oversight.\n\nMaintain audit readiness and support internal, customer, ISO, regulatory, and business audits.\n\nEnsure audit findings,non-conformances, and observations are addressed throughtimelyand effective corrective actions.\n\nBusiness and Cross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with EH&S, Production, Supply Chain, R&D, Customer Quality, and external suppliers to resolve quality issues and mitigate risk.\n\nBuild customer confidence through consistent execution, transparency, and quality performance.\n\nPrioritize quality initiatives based on customer impact, compliance risk, and businessneed.\n\nMaintain awareness of plant operations and drive actions necessary to sustain site quality and integrity.\n\nSupportquality-relatedcost initiatives including Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction.\n\nPartner with Product Engineering andcross-functionalteams to define and align on new product quality requirements.\n\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) through quality planning, validation, andtransferreadiness activities.\n\nCoordinatingproduct root cause investigations using statistical analysis and structuredproblem-solvingmethodologies.\n\nEnsure corrective and preventive actions are effective, sustainable, and verified.\n\nCommunicateinvestigationoutcomes and lessons learned to internal stakeholders and external customers asappropriate.\n\nSupport Product Management and Applications by translating customer and application requirements into quality expectations, while leading FMEA and risk assessments toidentify, prioritize, and mitigate product and process risks.\n\nWhat We Seek:\nBS in Mechanical,Polymer,Chemical orMaterialor a relatedEngineeringdiscipline, or equivalent experience.\n\n3+years in manufacturing and leadingQuality Teamswithin a manufacturing environment, preferably in a high technology product line.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively at various levels of theorganizationincludingcustomercommunications.\n\nStrategic thinker with a visionthat can outline multiple yearqualityprogressionpath.\n\nOutstandingCandidatesWillHave:\nProven experience in semiconductor/polymerprocessing industry preferred, or combination of3+ years of relevant education and related manufacturing or quality experience.\n\nProven experience with external working relationships and communications, supplier, or customer, preferred.\n\nLean/GreenBelt certificationis a plus.\n\nProficient with Lean Manufacturing tools including Value Stream mapping, Identification of the 8 forms of waste, Proficient with 5S+1 and able to guide these techniques. Solid understanding ofDesignof Experiment.\n\nStrong knowledge,competence,and background in statistics, SPC/SQC, process control, 8Dmethodology, Six Sigma tools for variability reduction and process improvement.\n\nAbility to develop and executequalification requirements and plans.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nLead.
