The Role:

• Product promotion, achieving annual sales targets, increasing market share, and collecting competitive intelligence. This role requires alignment with the strategic goals of assigned key account and the execution of both Business Unit and sales strategies to ensure business outcomes are consistent with the company’s overall objectives.
• Establishes customer intimacy to ensure Entegris is on track to develop long-term business model.
• Develops and maintains necessary level industry contacts, digest different massage to valuable information to help project in suitable direction.
• Perform good communication and negotiation with cross functional teams, ambition in mind to be a success factor to achieve customer’s satisfaction.

In this role you will:

• Responsible for chemical makers’ activities including revenue commitment and delivery.
• Understand customers' business, technology, and behavior. Feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement, maintaining technical edge and collecting competitive market information.
• Establish customer relationships with the assigned key accounts by maintaining customer organization chart, visiting Entegris ELT level to promote partnerships, and ensure Entegris is supporting customer’s long-term business strategy.
• Understand BU and field operation goals, develop strategies to achieve sales objectives with direct support from sales manager/director.
• Maintain and protect Entegris Brand in the market during this era of demand/supply imbalance.
• Defend margins and be responsible for protecting Entegris assets.
• Create customer's opportunities, assign tasks and information on OMS, regular maintenance, or updates.
• Effectively utilize the support of technical and field applications engineers for sales activities.

• Collaborate with Entegris worldwide service organization to offer the best solutions beyond components and to become a preferred partner to the customer.

• Proven communication, planning and interpersonal skills and ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
• 8+ years working experience in semiconductor industry, chemical maker is strongly desired.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with end users and customer management teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and application needs across assigned territories
