Implement effective corrective actionsto preventrecurrence.\n\nAnalyse, synthesize, and summarize complex data sets to drive clear decision making and action with cross-functional groups.\n\nLead projects to evaluate the technical risk of supplier notified changes(management of change)and execute implementation.\n\nDriveraw materialsupplierimprovementusingsupplier assessment/audits, scorecards,measurement systems analysis,control plan development,SPC,FMEA,continuous improvement projects, and six sigma projects.\n\nDevelop andmaintainpart specifications, certificate of analysis acceptance criteria, analytical test methods, and quality documentation.\n\nProvide strategic technical solutions toclosematerial performance gaps and improve supply chain value for Entegris.\n\nProactively assessandplan risk mitigationstrategies(business continuity planning) with procurement.\n\nContribute to success ofnew product development(NPD)byevaluating newmaterials’ capabilityandworking closely withthebusiness unit.\n\nUse clear and concise verbal and written communication with supplier contacts, internal stakeholders, and leadership.\n\nEstablish andmaintainrelationships with technical external supplier contacts.\n\nTrain suppliers on semiconductor industry quality expectations and key requirements.\n\nBuild effective working relationships across thefactoryand company.\n\nSupport Entegris ISO and customer maintenance audit activities.\n\nQualifications:\nEducation -BSDegree in Chemical, Mechanical,Electrical,or Materials Engineering.\n\nExperience-Minimum3years’ experiencework experience inchemical ormaterialsproduction environmentwithcore competency in manufacturing, quality, and/or production management.Six sigma knowledgepreferred. Experience within semiconductor industrya plus.\n\nAbility to travel up to 20% domestically or internationally.\n\nAbilitytoliftupto50 lbs.\n\nCommunications- Skill in concise and clear verbal and written communications and experience with front line supplier and customer interactions.
