cross-functional teams.\n\nPublish technical work at internal and external conferences.\n\nSupport projects with up to10% travel.\n\nQualifications and Preferred Skills:\nMaster’s degree in chemistry,chemicalengineeringand MaterialScience\n\nExperience in the following areas is a strong plus:\n\nSemiconductor process engineering / integration engineering experience\n\nHands-on experience with fluid handling equipment, especially filtration and purification systems\n\nProven project leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nHands-on experience with Design of Experiments (DOE)\n\nProficiencyin statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP,PowerBI) and data-driven decision-making.\n\nExcellentEnglishcommunication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting\n\nHow do we measure success\nEffective collaboration across metrology,NPI, and PE teams.\n\nTimely and cost-effective delivery of NPD projects.\n\nDemonstrated improvement in filter performance through DOE and data-driven decisions.\n\nHigh-quality technical documentation and presentations.\n\nContribution to departmental and organizational
