In this role, you will build strong cross-functional relationships across the global organization and develop strategic partnerships to drive the successful scale-up of products and processes using a structured Stage-Gate process.\nYou will be expected to evaluate complex and unusual situations, applying analytical thinking and problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will resolve a broad range of technical and operational challenges in innovative ways. These may include issues related to manufacturability, process development, product quality, safety, cost reduction, yield improvement, and overall operational efficiency.\nThis position reports directly to theSenior Manager, Global NPI, GMC.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage multiple NPI projects across a fast-paced product portfolio using the Accolade Phase Gate tool.\n\nWork with E R&D, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and production teams to ensure manufacturing readiness and successful product launches.\n\nServe as the NPI liaison between Development Engineering and Operations, driving products from development to release.\n\nWork Globally to transfer products/processesGlobally\n\nAbility to travel internationally as required\n\nPartner with Product Development to meet design, manufacturing, and phase-gate commitments.\n\nDevelop and execute project plans, including equipment selection, capacity planning, cost reduction, and waste management.\n\nPrepare process documentation and support qualification builds and product launches.\n\nInfluence product and process design to ensure safe, high-quality, manufacturable solutions through cross-functional collaboration.\n\nInternational travel to help “pull”process technologytransfersfrom the US to Malaysia.\n\nAssist with audits and continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.\n\nMaintain a safe, compliant work environment.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nWhat We Seek:\nBachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering.\n\nTypically requires a minimum of 5+years of relatedhands-onexperiencein a manufacturing or production environment.\n\nTechnical Expertise:\n\nStrong technical skills to identify and resolve process gaps, including areas such as welding, fabrication, physical testing, and electro-mechanical design.\n\nExperience actively pulling products into manufacturing while ensuring process and quality capability.\n\nAbility to create data-driven New Product Introduction (NPI) plans to support long-term portfolio success.\n\nProject & Process Management:\n\nSkilled in managing tasks to meet stage gate milestones and other key commitments.\n\nExperience with structured development processes such as stage gate methodologies (e.g., Accolade).\n\nWorkscollaborativelyto meet project deadlinesby identifying and mitigating obstacles before they have negative impact.\n\nProven ability to orchestrate and prioritize multiple activities to achieve divisional goals.\n\nHands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nTeamwork & Collaboration:\n\nStrong independentperformerswith acollaborative mindset.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functionalglobalteams and contribute meaningfully.\n\nPositive feedback from cross-functional teammates on collaboration and value-add.\n\nWillingness to learn from experienced colleagues and share knowledge and ideas.\n\nCommunication Skills:\n\nBi-lingual proficiency with strong English verbal and written communication.\n\nExcellent documentation and technical writing skills.\n\nAbility to workglobally with our facilities in the US and elsewhere.\n\nExperience working in a global organization, supporting intercompany goals and cross-regional collaboration.\n\nOutstanding Candidates Will Have:\nExperience using SAP ERP, specifically for managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and related documentation.\n\nSelf-motivated and proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.\n\nWorking knowledge of stage gate process andsystems(e.g.,Accolade)\n\nAbility to effectively communicate, influence, and collaborate with personnel across all levels of the organization.\n\nStrong technical acumen to drive process improvements and resolve gaps in collaboration with subject matter experts.\n\nAreas of expertise may include welding, fabrication, physical testing, and electro-mechanical design.\n\nCapable of managing multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of development.\n\nCommitted to maintaining transparency and alignment across teams and management-ensuring no surprises throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nPACE VALUES\nP (People and Teamwork): Assumes leadership role on team when gaps exist.
