This position is located at Entegris Taiwan Kaohsiung.\nAs a Plant Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeingKSP-Sfactory quality performance, driving process control and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. The position requires strong technical and analytical capabilities, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including production, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations, supply chain, and global quality teams.\nAs a PQE, you will be responsible for monitoring production quality, reducing process variation, improving yield performance, and ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented within the plant. You will work closely with manufacturing teams to support daily production, manage quality excursions, and drive sustainable process improvements that enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with production teams to deliver high-quality products while supporting business unit or profit center KPIs.\nIn this role you will:\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDrive plant quality performance through effective process control, root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.\n\nLead factory quality issue resolution by utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, RCA, CAPA) to address product and process nonconformance.\n\nSupport daily manufacturing quality activities by monitoring critical process and product parameters, ensuring process stability and compliancewithquality standards.\n\nMonitor and improve key factory quality metrics including Yield, Scrap, DPPM,CCPK,SPC, andCpkto achieve operational and business objectives.\n\nManage non-conforming materials and products, coordinate containment activities, prevent recurrence, and ensure timely disposition with production and engineering teams.\n\nPartner closely with Production, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to drive sustainable quality and process improvements.\n\nApply statistical analysis and SPC methodologies to support process capability improvement, control plan effectiveness, and manufacturing risk reduction.\n\nConduct process audits, quality reviews, and production line assessments to ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.\n\nParticipate in qualification and validation activities for new products, materials, equipment, tooling, and process changes to ensure manufacturing readiness and quality performance.\n\nSupportchangemanagement activities including risk assessment, documentation updates, process verification, and implementation effectiveness tracking.\n\nPrepare and maintain quality documentation, performance tracking systems, quality reports, CAPA records, and continuous improvement project documentation.\n\nCollaborate with global quality organizations and cross-functional manufacturing teams to standardize best practices and enhance operational excellence across sites.\n\nDemonstrate strong execution, teamwork, learning agility, communication, and leadership behaviors aligned with Entegris PACE values.\n\nTraits we believe make a strong candidate:\nBachelor’s degree or above in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.\n\nExperience in quality, manufacturing, process, equipment, or materials engineering within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industries.\n\nSolid experience supporting plant/manufacturing quality operations, including process control, line quality improvement, excursion management, and continuous improvement activities.\n\nHands-on experience with quality methodologies and tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, 8D, CAPA, DOE, process mapping, and statistical data analysis.\n\nStrong problem-solving capability with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and drive effective corrective and preventive actions in manufacturing environments.\n\nExperience working cross-functionally with Production, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve quality and process issues.\n\nFamiliarwith manufacturing KPI management including Yield,FPY, Scrap, DPPM,CCPK,Cpk, and process capability improvement.\n\nKnowledge of quality systems, change management, audit processes, risk assessment, and qualification/validation activities.\n\nSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturingenvironment.\n\nStrong communication, teamwork, planning, and execution skills with the ability to influence and drive operational improvements.\n\nAbility to identify opportunities and implement sustainable quality and process improvements that positively impact manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.\n\nYour success will
