The role works closely with the maintenance team to provide both day-to-day support as well as longerterm,strategicguidance to the organization.\nIn this role you will:\nConduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) of failed equipment todeterminewhat failed, why, and what must be done to prevent future recurrence\n\nMaintain listing of “bad actor” equipment thatposes significant risk to OEE and maintenance costs; develop action plans to address bad actors\n\nDesign and implement preventive maintenance schedules and protocols for critical machinery\n\nUtilize predictive maintenance tools and data analytics toanticipateand address equipment issues before theyimpactproduction\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams on the design, modification, and optimization of production equipment and systems\n\nProvide training to maintenance staffon equipment maintenance procedures\n\nConduct analyses of spare parts to ensurestock is adequate to support business needs.\n\nWHAT WEEK SEEK:\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience \nStrong technical problem-solving acumen \n5+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or similar setting \n2+ years of experience in the Maintenance Department \nStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; must build relationships and trust with teams \nDemonstrated ability to problem solve and develop solutions; must identify and collaborate with multiple resources to resolve issues \nKnowledge of complex process systems and the hazards, failure modes, and maintenance of the associated equipment \nTrained in Root Cause Failure Analysis and has led investigation meetings \nUnderstanding of various maintenance restoration techniques and methodologies \nExperience with Microsoft Office and SAP. \nFamiliarity with vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, or other predictive maintenance technologies.\nExperience with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), or similar reliability methodologies.\nExperience managing or supporting capital projects is preferred.\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma principles.\n\nOutstanding candidates will have:\nExperience managing capital projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, contractor coordination, and project closeout.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, maintainability, and cost reduction.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve energy efficiency, equipment uptime, and maintenance effectiveness.\nYour success will be measured by:\nPerformance trends of KPIs of maintenance work management process\n\nMaintenance cost performance\n\nAbility to work with a diverse team in terms of background and skill sets to achieve greater levels of efficiency and manufacturing robustness.\n\nAbility to manage time and balanceshort termneeds of the day-to-day production environment withlong termproject deliverables and timelines.\n\nWHY WORK AT ENTEGRIS?\nLead.
