Define “what success will look like.”\nMaintenance and management of manufacturing equipment; planning and execution of capital investment projects\n\nIntroducing automation onmanufacturing equipment\n\nConnecting manufacturingequipment to varioussystemssuch as quality tool,production control tool.\n\nSupport to run 7x24 operations as Equipment Engineering\n\nCompliance with relevant laws and regulations\n\nNegotiation and contract management with external vendors\n\nHealth and safety management, and support for Business Continuity Planning (BCP)\n\nResponding to external audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, RBA)\n\nPromoting sustainability initiativessuch as reducing energy related cost\n\nDeveloping the next generation of talent\n\nTraits we believe make a strong candidate:\nWhat arethe PositionSpecific Competencies? These should tie directlyback to the purpose and outcome.\nAbility to act with integrity while adhering to the code of business conduct\n\nBS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineeringor Electrical Engineering\n\nMinimum of 10 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry\n\nExtensive knowledgeand experienceonintroducingautomation to manufacturingequipment, data connectionbetween equipmentand various system.\n\nExperience in the semiconductor or pharmaceutical industry is a plus\n\nExperience in leading a department or serving as a project leader\n\nExperience in managing manufacturing operations is a plus\n\nBusiness-level English proficiency(TOEIC score of 700+ or equivalent practical experience)\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with overseas sites via email and web meetings\n\nExperience in delivering presentations in English, or willingness to do so without hesitation\n\nExperience in responding to external audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001); RBA experience is a plus\n\nStrong problem-solving mindset focused on solutions rather than issues\n\nAbility to embrace change, adapt flexibly, and enjoy transformation\n\nA visionary leader who inspires their team with exciting goals and actively works toward achieving them\n\nYour success will be measured by:\nSuccess for the role is not defined solely onthe outcome of a project but rather a combinationof the results and howthese results were achieved.
