This role leads night-shift manufacturing operations with responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, employee development, and continuous improvement. The Senior Production Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership to production teams, drive accountability, and partner cross-functionally to ensure customer and business objectives are achieved.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and develop night-shift production personnel, including hiring, training, performance management, coaching, and corrective action.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, operating procedures, and company policies while promoting a strong culture of accountability.\nManage daily production priorities, staffing, and resources to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.\nMonitor production KPIs and proactively address issues affecting schedule adherence, quality, labor efficiency, and customer commitments.\nLead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives using Lean, 5S, root-cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methods.\nPartner with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other Operations teams to resolve production constraints and improve performance.\nSupport quality and safety investigations, corrective actions, process improvements, equipment implementation, and manufacturing projects.\nMaintain effective communication and shift handoffs between day and night-shift operations.\nUse SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems to manage and monitor production activity, work orders, materials, and manufacturing requirements.\nUse Microsoft Office applications to analyze data, track performance, communicate priorities, and manage operational activities.\nDevelop employees through coaching, cross-training, performance feedback, and career development.\nMaintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient production environment.\nSupport the Operations Manager in achieving site production, budget, customer delivery, and operational objectives.\nWhat We Seek\n5+ years of direct people management experience leading manufacturing and production teams.\nDemonstrated experience managing employee performance, staffing, training, development, and accountability.\nProven experience leading Continuous Improvement projects with measurable operational results.\nStrong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and process improvement.\nExperience managing manufacturing KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, labor efficiency, and schedule adherence.\nHighly proficient Microsoft Office and strong working knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP/MRP/manufacturing system.\nExperience working cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations.\nStrong leadership, communication, conflict-management, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to make sound decisions and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nLean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other Continuous Improvement experience.\nBachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.\nMust be available to work the assigned night-shift schedule and provide additional shift coverage as business needs require.\nWhy Work at Entegris\nLead.
