The role requires strong program leadership, operational insight, and the ability to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes.\nWhatYou’llDo\nLead end-to-end ownership of order lifecycle execution, from order intake and validation through production, fulfillment, and delivery\n\nDrive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment\n\nDevelop and manage integrated project plans aligned to production schedules, identifying critical paths, dependencies, and risks\n\nServe as the primary escalation point for order execution challenges, coordinating rapid issue resolution and recovery planning\n\nDrive improvements in schedule adherence, delivery predictability, and execution timelines across operations\n\nMonitor and analyze key performance metrics, including cycle time, on-time delivery (OTD), backlog, WIP aging, and material availability\n\nLead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for operational inefficiencies and delivery delays\n\nIdentify systemic bottlenecks (capacity, materials, logistics, quality) and implement scalable process improvements\n\nFacilitate daily/weekly operational reviews to track execution progress, address risks, and remove barriers\n\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into order and project performance\n\nCoordinate contract execution requirements, including scope adherence, deliverables, and customer acceptance criteria\n\nPartner with internal and external stakeholders to manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction\n\nLead change management efforts by assessing cross-functional impacts and ensuring alignment across processes and systems\n\nDrive adoption of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance execution efficiency\n\nSupport contract negotiations, change orders, and dispute resolution in partnership with commercial and legal teams\n\nRepresent operations in customer-facing engagements, including status updates, risk discussions, and executive reviews\n\nCreate a healthy and safe work environment for all employees.\n\nAny other duties as assigned.\n\nWhatWeSeek\nBachelor’s degree inBusiness, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field\n\n8-12+ years of experience in project or program management within manufacturing or operations environments\n\nProven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and order fulfillment workflows\n\nDemonstrated ability to improve operational performance, delivery timelines, and process efficiency\n\nExperience with project planning, risk management, and performance tracking tools\n\nExperience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or regulated industries\n\nFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools\n\nStrong data analysis and visualization capabilities (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)\n\nCertification in Project Management (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)\n\nExperience leading global or multi-site initiatives\n\nWhy Work at Entegris\nLead.
