If you are a motivated individual interested in solving complex problems within the semiconductor supply chain, this role may be a fit for you!\nWhat You’ll Do:\nHelp shapecommodity strategiesand drive/ executesourcing decisions in the Plastic Fabrications or Packagingcategory;\n\nLead cost saving efforts within the assignedcommodity;\n\nEnabling continuity of supply\n\nBecome a strong ambassador for the sourcing organization, develop relationships with key Entegris stakeholders, and facilitate engagements that position organization for long termsuccess;\n\nDevelop strong relationships with suppliers’ technical teamstofacilitate a deep understanding of thetechnology roadmaps and capabilities to support Entegris productrequirements;\n\nAssess technology/business gaps in supplier performance and implement appropriate continuous improvementactivities;\n\nPartner with Entegris product development teams to lead theoutsourcemanufacturing sourcing activities that enable businessgrowth;\n\nOwn, negotiate and manage commercial/technical supply chain to support Entegris businessneeds;\n\nNegotiate contractswith critical supplierstoprovide support to APS and MS divisions.\n\nSupport sourcing, cost saving and supplier development efforts across theBU’s.\n\nWhat We Seek:\nA team player as well as aself starter\n\nLeadership and motivationcharacteristics\n\nProficiencyinestablishing relationships with key business and technology partnerstoassure alignment and successful outcomes\n\nTimely identification and efficient execution of key supplier projects and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nCompetency in positioning team to implement a supply base that can fully support the successful launch of new products\n\nIdentification and implementation of new supplier management elements to enhance the Global Procurement organization\n\nThe capacity to leverage key suppliers to support Entegris growth and profitability goals\n\nRequirements:\nBS or MS in engineering, supply chain orrelated;\n\nUnderstand total costof ownershipmodels;\n\nA leader with a strong technical background in part fabrication with the ability to effectively motivate teams to achieve collectivesuccess;\n\nAn astute capability to recognize the needs and motivations of individuals, and the capability to develop and nurture a wide array of internal and externalrelationships;\n\nThe capability to quickly understand complex engagements, identify creative business solutions, and drive successful interactions with outsidepartners;\n\nA dedicated technology inclination for learning, collaborating, and continuousimprovement;\n\nDemonstratedeffectivenegotiationskillsandcommunication capabilities, and the ability to persuade suppliers to efficiently support the long term, profitable growth ofEntegris;\n\nStrong plastic fabrication fundamentals, with the ability to apply his/her knowledge to current and emerging semiconductor manufacturing needs.\n\nProfessional proficiency in Englishand Korean.\n\nAdditional professional proficiency inJapaneseadvantageous\n\nAt Entegris we are committed to providing equal opportunitytoall employees and applicants.
