In addition, this position will work with Entegris' EHS department as a member of the site management team to identify, prevent and resolve potential EHS issues. \nThis position is located in Kaohsiung Science Park (KSP) \nIn this role you will:\nLead Entegris' ISO 45001 and 14001 management operations, including EHS document management, EHS goal/KPI management, internal and external communications, EHS committee activities, andregulatory compliance identification. \nLead incident management, including conducting parallel investigations and preventing future incidents. \nAssist in promoting improvements in organizational safety culture, awareness, and accountability. \nAssist in implementing the plant's Safety and Health (SH) management to ensure compliance. \nAssist in executing various statutory education and training programs. \nConduct safety audits, including safety and health inspections, contractor work audits, equipment safety inspections, and job safety observations. \nThis position is responsible for the Kaohsiung plant and reports directly to the KSP EHS Manager. \nTraits we believe make a strong candidate:\nMaster’s degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field. \nOver 5 years of experience in EHS management in factories and cleanrooms. \nPossession of a Level A Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Management (Level A Certificate in Occupational Hygiene Management preferred). \nFamiliar with EHS regulations, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards, and compliance experience with customer audits. \nExtensive incident handling experience. \nExperience in equipment safety management and lost control / prevention management is a plus. \nProject management skills. \nGood communication skills, capable of earning trust and maintaining positive professional relationships. \nStrong teamwork and coordination abilities. \nProactive, motivated, with problem-solving capabilities. \nBasic written
