This role also provides guidance and mentorship to training team members, supports change initiatives, drives continuous improvement, and helps establish training standards and best practices across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify performance gaps and assess learning and development needs.\nTranslate business objectives into learning strategies, training programs, and performance-based solutions.\nConduct training needs analyses and recommend appropriate learning interventions or alternative performance improvement solutions.\nEstablish and maintain training standards, processes, and best practices that promote consistency across locations and functions.\nDesign, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, blended, and on-the-job training programs that support operational and business objectives.\nCreate engaging learning materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, assessments, job aids, and digital learning assets.\nTranslate complex technical, operational, and business information into clear and effective learning experiences.\nContinuously evaluate and improve learning content based on learner feedback, business results, and performance metrics.\nAdapt instructional approaches, pacing, and techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners and varying experience levels.\nLead onboarding programs that accelerate employee readiness and create a consistent learner experience.\nServe as a trusted learning resource by providing coaching, guidance, and post-training support.\nManage training programs from planning through execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement.\nAdminister training assessments, certifications, qualification programs, and skill validation processes.\nMaintain accurate training records, learner data, and compliance documentation within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related tools.\nMonitor training effectiveness and evaluate outcomes using learner feedback, knowledge assessments, performance data, and business metrics.\nProvide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to training specialists, facilitators, and subject matter experts.\nBuild strong partnerships across functions to align training initiatives with organizational priorities.\nServe as a role model for professional behavior, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nEnsure training programs meet applicable regulatory, quality, safety, and organizational requirements.\nSupport internal and external audits related to training documentation, qualifications, and compliance programs.\nAnalyze training data and performance trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.\nQualification\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.\nMinimum 5-7 years of experience in training, learning and development, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field.\nDemonstrated experience designing, developing, and facilitating training programs for diverse audiences.\nStrong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance-based training practices.\nExperience conducting training needs analyses and evaluating learning effectiveness.\nProficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and common business software applications.\nExcellent communication, presentation, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting operational, manufacturing, technical, engineering, or regulated business environments.\nKnowledge of change management methodologies and performance consulting practices.\nExperience leading enterprise-wide or multi-site training initiatives.\nExperience creating digital learning content, eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, or blended learning solutions.\nProfessional certifications in training and development, instructional design, facilitation, or organizational development (e.g., ATD, CPTD, Langevin, or equivalent).\nSuccess Measures\nSuccess in this role is demonstrated through:\nEffective development and delivery of high-impact learning solutions. \nImproved employee capability, engagement, and job performance. \nAchievement of training quality, compliance, and operational objectives. \nPositive learner and stakeholder feedback. \nSuccessful implementation of training initiatives that support business goals. \nConsistent application of training standards and best practices across the organization. \nMeasurable improvements in training effectiveness, efficiency, and learner outcomes. \nWhat We Offer:\nAt Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
