ensure the best practices are observed and implemented\nEnsure the security, scalability, and reliability of the R&D lab networks\nDrive innovation and stay current with the latest in network services and industry standard processes\nAct as R&D lab firewall SME for east/west traffic, and for R&D cloud operations\nDocument system design and operational procedures\nWhat We Seek:\nAbility to operate at varying levels including network strategy, technical design, and implementation\nCapable of collaborating and understanding requirements and set expectations for deliverables\nWorks with leadership, architects, and infrastructure teams to analyze and improve connectivity, security, and cloud environment\nAutomate the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of network related tasks and solutions\nManage effective relationships and work in partnership with various IT and business teams for the implementation and support of network infrastructure products and services\nCreate and update documentation on new or existing platforms that include equipment lists/diagrams, and system specifications\nProvide training and technical guidance, leadership, and end users when applicable\nOutstanding Candidates Will Have:\nBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education\n5+ years’ experience in networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, Palo Alto Firewalls/Panorama, IPv4/v6, and administration of routers/switches with a proven record of successful deployment and management of network
