The role drives effective OBP business process execution, user support, issue resolution, testing, training, and continuous improvement while partnering with corporate IT for technical system support.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nServe as the primary site OBP business process expert supporting Planning and Purchasing operations. \nSupport day-to-day planning and procurement activities, including material availability, supply-demand planning, purchasing execution, production planning, and customer delivery commitments. \nMonitor and resolve OBP-related business issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate technical escalations with corporate IT when required. \nDrive standardized OBP processes, continuous improvement, user adoption, and adherence to global planning and purchasing standards. \nCoordinate UAT, regression testing, system releases, and business validation for OBP enhancements and changes. \nProvide OBP training, user support, process documentation, and knowledge sharing across Planning, Purchasing, and other operational stakeholders. \nWhat We Seek:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. \nExperience in supply chain planning, production planning, purchasing/procurement, or manufacturing operations. \nStrong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, production, and fulfillment. \nExperience with ERP or advanced planning systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP APO, OBP or similar platforms. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities. \nEffective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and IT teams. \nOutstanding Candidates Will Have:\nHands-on experience with SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP). \nKnowledge of supply planning, purchasing, allocation, available-to-promise (ATP), order fulfillment, and customer commitment processes. \nExperience leading UAT, system testing, training, system releases, or business process improvement initiatives. \nExperience in a manufacturing or semiconductor supply chain environment. \nAbility to translate operational business requirements into system/process improvements and effectively coordinate between business users and technical teams. \nWhat We Offer:\nAt Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
