You will partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Planning, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Finance, to manage purchase orders, confirm deliveries, address supply risks, and support cost improvement at our Yonezawa plant in Yamagata, Japan.\nIn this role you will:\n本ポジションでは、購買チームの一員として、材料・部品・サービスの安定調達を支え、製造計画や顧客納期に必要な供給を確保します。サプライヤーおよび関係部門と連携しながら、発注処理、納期管理、供給リスクの早期把握、コスト・在庫・品質を意識した購買活動を推進します。\n主な業務内容：\n材料・部品・サービスの購買依頼内容確認および基幹システムを用いた発注処理\n\nサプライヤーとの納期確認、遅延フォローおよび緊急案件の調整\n\n価格、納期、取引条件に関するサプライヤー調整および購買コスト・供給安定性の改善支援\n\n供給リスク・納期遅延の早期把握および関係部門と連携したリカバリーアクションの推進\n\n発注残、納期、価格、サプライヤー情報等の購買関連マスターデータの正確な維持管理\n\n購買状況、納期、供給リスク、コスト改善等に関するレポート作成および可視化\n\n購買プロセス、標準作業、コンプライアンス要件の遵守および継続的改善への参画\n\nAs a member of the Purchasing team, you will support the reliable procurement of materials, components, and services needed for manufacturing operations and customer delivery requirements. You will work with suppliers and cross-functional partners to manage purchasing activities, monitor delivery status, identify supply risks early, and support cost, inventory, and quality objectives.\nMain responsibilities:\nReview of purchase requisitions and execution of purchase orders for materials, components, and services using ERP systems\n\nSupplier delivery schedule confirmation, delay follow-up, and coordination of urgent or critical orders\n\nSupplier coordination on pricing, lead times, and purchasing terms to support cost improvement and supply continuity\n\nEarly identification of supply risks and delivery issues, and coordination of recovery actions with internal stakeholders\n\nAccurate maintenance of purchasing data, including open orders, delivery dates, pricing, and supplier information\n\nPreparation of reports and improvement of visibility into purchasing status, supplier performance, supply risks, and cost improvement activities\n\nAdherence to purchasing processes, standard work, and compliance requirements, and participation in continuous improvement\n\nTraits we believe make a strong candidate:\n必須要件：\nExcelやPowerPointなど、Microsoftアプリケーションを業務で支障なく活用できること\n\nSAP等の基幹システムを用いての業務経験\n\n購買関連部署での業務経験\n\n英語を用いたコミュニケーションに前向きで、継続的に学習しながら業務での活用範囲を広げられること\n\n変化や不確実性にともなう優先順位調整や関係者調整に対応できる柔軟性\n\n粘り強くやり切る力を発揮できること\n\nチームワークを大切にし協調性があること\n\n弊社の価値観であるPACE Valueに沿った行動ができること\n\n歓迎要件：\nSAP等の基幹システムを活用した、購買・発注・在庫・サプライヤーデータの運用経験\n\n製造メーカーでの購買またはサプライチェーン領域において、納期・在庫・コスト・供給リスクのバランスを踏まえた運用改善／課題解決に携わった経験\n\n英語を用いた海外拠点・他部門との業務調整経験（TOEIC 600相当以上歓迎）\n\nPower BI等を活用し、手作業のレポート作成や業務プロセスをデジタル化・効率化した経験\n\nRequired qualifications:\nProficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, for daily business use\n\nExperience using an ERP system, such as SAP, in a business environment\n\nWork experience in a purchasing-related function\n\nWillingness to communicate in English and continuously build practical English skills on the job\n\nFlexibility to adjust priorities and coordinate with stakeholders in a changing and uncertain environment\n\nPersistence and follow-through to complete tasks and drive results\n\nA team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with others\n\nAbility to demonstrate behaviors aligned with Entegris values, including PACE Values\n\nPreferred qualifications:\nHands-on experience managing purchasing, purchase order, inventory, and supplier data using an ERP system such as SAP\n\nExperience supporting process improvement or problem-solving in purchasing and/or supply chain operations at a manufacturing company, with consideration for delivery, inventory, cost, and supply risk trade-offs\n\nExperience coordinating with overseas sites and/or cross-functional teams in English;
