If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact while helping drive the future of manufacturing, we want to hear from you.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLead and continuously improve site EHS programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, Entegris standards, and industry best practices. \nChampion a culture of safety excellence through employee engagement, training, coaching, and visible leadership. \nDrive environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, and sustainability initiatives that support responsible growth. \nLead the site's Ergonomics Team & Program, identifying risks, implementing innovative solutions, and improving employee well-being. \nConduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. \nPartner with engineering, automation, and operations teams to ensure EHS requirements are integrated into new equipment, facility upgrades, and manufacturing projects. \nSecure environmental permits and approvals necessary to support business operations and expansion. \nDevelop and communicate meaningful EHS performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for site leadership. \nServe as a trusted advisor to site leadership with authority to stop work when imminent hazards are identified. \nActively participate in Emergency Response, Safety Committees, and other cross-functional teams that drive operational excellence. \nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related technical discipline. \n2+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, or other highly regulated environments. \nKnowledge of OSHA, EPA, hazardous materials management, and environmental regulations. \nStrong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. \nAbility to influence and build partnerships across all levels of an organization. \nPassion for continuous improvement, employee engagement, and sustainable operations. \nExperience delivering training, leading teams, and driving change initiatives is preferred. \nAbility to occasionally support off-shift operations and initiatives. \nYour Success Will Be Measured By:\nCreating a safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplace through proactive risk reduction and employee engagement. \nDriving world-class EHS performance, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship. \nBuilding trusted relationships across all levels of the organization and positively influencing business outcomes. \nDelivering meaningful improvements through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives. \nDemonstrating leadership, accountability, and ownership while embodying Entegris PACE values. \nSuccessfully integrating safety and sustainability into operational and business decisions. \nAchieving goals that support both site performance and long-term organizational success. \nAt Entegris, you'll do more than manage compliance-you'll help create a safer, smarter, and more sustainable future.
