If you are a motivated individual interested in solving complex problems within the semiconductor supply chain, this role may be a fit for you!\nWhat You’ll Do:\nHelp shape commodity strategies and drive / execute sourcing decisions in the Plastic Fabrications or Packaging category;\n\nLead cost saving efforts within the assigned commodity;\n\nEnabling continuity of supply\n\nBecome a strong ambassador for the sourcing organization, develop relationships with key Entegris stakeholders, and facilitate engagements that position organization for long term success;\n\nDevelop strong relationships with suppliers’ technical teams to facilitate a deep understanding of the technology roadmaps and capabilities to support Entegris product requirements;\n\nAssess technology/business gaps in supplier performance and implement appropriate continuous improvement activities;\n\nPartner with Entegris product development teams to lead the outsource manufacturing sourcing activities that enable business growth;\n\nOwn, negotiate and manage commercial/technical supply chain to support Entegris business needs;\n\nNegotiate contracts with critical suppliers to provide support to APS and MS divisions.\n\nSupport sourcing, cost saving and supplier development efforts across the BU’s.\n\nWhat We Seek:\nA team player as well as a self starter\n\nLeadership and motivation characteristics\n\nProficiency in establishing relationships with key business and technology partners to assure alignment and successful outcomes\n\nTimely identification and efficient execution of key supplier projects and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nCompetency in positioning team to implement a supply base that can fully support the successful launch of new products\n\nIdentification and implementation of new supplier management elements to enhance the Global Procurement organization\n\nThe capacity to leverage key suppliers to support Entegris growth and profitability goals\n\nRequirements:\nBS or MS in engineering, supply chain or related;\n\nUnderstand total cost of ownership models;\n\nA leader with a strong technical background in part fabrication with the ability to effectively motivate teams to achieve collective success;\n\nAn astute capability to recognize the needs and motivations of individuals, and the capability to develop and nurture a wide array of internal and external relationships;\n\nThe capability to quickly understand complex engagements, identify creative business solutions, and drive successful interactions with outside partners;\n\nA dedicated technology inclination for learning, collaborating, and continuous improvement;\n\nDemonstrated effective negotiation skills and communication capabilities, and the ability to persuade suppliers to efficiently support the long term, profitable growth of Entegris;\n\nStrong plastic fabrication fundamentals, with the ability to apply his/her knowledge to current and emerging
