Reporting to the System Engineering Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring stable, reliable, and efficient operation of A&C systems on the production floor.\nThis position focuses on hands-on execution, system support, andfirst-linetroubleshooting. By working closely withthe membersin A&C team, the A&C Technician helps maintain system uptime, improvesystemperformance, and ensure accuratedocumentationacross manufacturing systems.\nIn this role you will:\nA&C System Support & Maintenance:\n\nPerform dailyoperation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of manufacturing A&C systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI).\n\nSupport systembackup, upgradeand minimize downtime through timely issue resolution.\n\nAssist in preventive maintenance activities and health checks.\n\nMaintain accurate records of system changes, troubleshooting logs, and maintenance activities.\n\nTroubleshooting & Issue Resolution:\n\nTake first-linediagnosis and resolvetheissues onA&C systems.\n\nWork with engineers to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.\n\nEscalate complex issues when required and support follow-up actions.\n\nImplementation Support:\n\nAssist engineers in deploying newA&C assets,functionupgrades, and modifications.\n\nSupport system testing, validation, and commissioning activities.\n\nExecute change requests following established procedures.\n\nVerify data accuracy and report inconsistencies.\n\nContinuous Improvement:\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve system reliability, efficiency, and usability.\n\nProvide feedback from production floor experience to enhance system performance.\n\nSafety & Compliance:\n\nFollow all safety procedures and company policies during work execution.\n\nEnsureoperationscomply with standardizedoperation procedure (SOP)and regulatory requirements.\n\nLess than 10% of travel may be required.\n\nTraits we believe make a strong candidate:\nDiploma or Associate/bachelor’s degree in Automation & Control, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field\n\n2-5 years of experience in manufacturing automation or equipment maintenance\n\nHands-on experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA systems (e.g., Ignition experience is a plus)\n\nBasic understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus)\n\nExperience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and control systems\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\nBasic skillsfor understandingtechnical documentsin
