This position requires a willingness to learn and the desire to meet and exceed expectations. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a science or laboratory background and/or laboratory familiar analytically minded individuals. They will have the ability to work well on cross-functional teams, recognize opportunities and efficiencies in processes, and translate lab practices into a digital system workflow. The ideal candidate will be expected to utilize their laboratory and science knowledge to understand Entegris analytical process flows and translate these lab needs and processes into LIMS workflows and functions.\nResponsibilities Include:\nDocumentation of laboratory process flows \nGathering requirements and compiling documentation related to new or enhanced laboratory processes and/or workflows for LIMS development \nMaintaining a basic understanding of laboratory instrumentation and associated systems, e.g., Masshunter or Agilent instrumentation software, with a working knowledge of report generation and formatting within the different acquisition platforms \nWorking effectively with cross-functional teams - LIMS, manufacturing, laboratory and quality teams - to identify opportunities for improvement and new enhancements within current analytical processes \nMaintaining basic master data in LIMS; e.g., creation and modification of existing products \nDevelopment of entry level LIMS product management knowledge, as governed by established change control procedures \nMonitoring and providing basic fixes for ServiceNow (service request) tickets \nSeeking continued education on current data systems and applicable skills \nWorking well with LIMS and other data teams to enhance background and application of programming and process flow mapping & management. \nTravel may be required (~5-10% time) \nTraits we believe make a strong candidate\nBachelor of Science degree any laboratory-focused discipline; e.g., a BS in Chemistry \nBasic understanding of laboratory processes and workflows \nFamiliarity with analytical instruments and methods \nAbility to document and diagram process flows and translate lab process into systems requirements. \nExperience using LabWare LIMS, or related laboratory data systems \nExperience using analytical instrumentation and a general understanding of analytical principles related to chemical analyses \nWillingness to collaborate with personnel from diverse technical backgrounds \nKnowledge of conscientious environmental health and safety procedures related to hazardous materials and workplace safety \nExcel proficiency \nUnderstanding of data integrity, traceability, documentation and change control \nStrong computer and systems aptitude \nExperience with databases or structured data \nBasic understanding of database concepts \nSQL knowledge or willingness to learn \nBasic understanding of system configuration, user roles/permissions, workflows and
