scalability.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.\n\nDocument technical solutions, APIs, and architecture where required.\n\nCollaboration\nWork closely with Product Managers, Designers, AI Engineers, QA, DevOps, and other developers.\n\nParticipate in technical discussions and architecture decisions.\n\nBreak down product requirements into practical technical solutions.\n\nTake ownership of features and deliver them from concept → production.\n\nContribute to a collaborative and fast-moving engineering culture.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n2-4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.\n\nStrong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.\n\nStrong backend development experience with Node.js.\n\nGood hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development.\n\nExperience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.\n\nStrong understanding of MongoDB and experience with at least one SQL database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.\n\nGood understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, async/await, and event-driven architecture.\n\nExperience with authentication and authorisation mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.\n\nGood understanding of software development best practices, testing, debugging, and version control.\n\nExperience with Git and collaborative development workflows.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot production issues and work independently.\n\nGood understanding of responsive web development.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nGood
