The role requires an individual who can balance strong electrical trade knowledge with effective classroom facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and skills assessment. In addition to instructional duties, the Electrical Instructor screens job applicants' technical skills and abilities and collaborates with hiring managers to assess crew performance where necessary and address targeted skill or performance concerns.\nThis position requires routine travel to support company training programs, regional operations, and project-specific workforce development needs.\nEssential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities\nTasks may include, but are not limited to the following:\nTechnical Training & Instruction\nDeliver structured classroom, and/or onsite lab,
