budgets while adhering to compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.\nLead project status meetings, overseeing project schedules, progress reports, and change orders.\nCollaborate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.\nIdentify and manage risks and issues that may impact project performance and provide resolution strategies.\nOversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services, establishing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.\nEnsure strict adherence to safety standards, promoting a culture of safety through regular training and communication.\nManage project close-out, providing final invoices and closeout documentation to clients.\nMentor and support junior staff in project management and electrical practices.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.\nAt least 8 years of experience in electrical project management, ideally within mission critical environments.\nProven track record managing large-scale electrical projects. \nStrong understanding of electrical design, installation practices, and NEC codes. \nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must. \nAbility to manage cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. \nExperience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project). \nCertifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus.\nWillingness to travel for project needs, with potential long periods
