This individual will operate the branch as a business unit while ensuring alignment with Enterprise Electrical's strategic objectives, operational standards, and culture.\nThis is a highly visible leadership position requiring a strong combination of operational leadership, financial acumen, people development, customer relationship management, and accountability.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and oversee daily branch operations, including operational, administrative, warehouse, and customer service activities.\nProvide leadership, coaching, accountability, and performance management for branch personnel.\nEstablish operational priorities and ensure branch activities align with company objectives, budgets, productivity expectations, and performance standards.\nManage branch financial performance, including budgeting, labor management, forecasting, operational costs, productivity, profitability, and WIP reporting.\nMonitor staffing levels, workload, operational capacity, and resource allocation to support business needs.\nAnalyze operational metrics, workforce data, and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.\nPartner with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, employee development, retention, and succession planning.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and local business partners.\nServe as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and operational issues within the branch.\nSupport local business development, customer retention, and branch growth initiatives.\nMaintain a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and operational excellence.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, operational procedures, and applicable regulations.\nPartner with executive leadership, Finance, Operations, HR, and project teams to support overall organizational objectives.\nProvide regular communication to executive leadership regarding branch performance, staffing, operational challenges, and business needs.\nWhat We're Looking For\n8-12+ years of progressive experience in operational, branch, construction, industrial, logistics, service, or business management.\nPrevious leadership experience managing branch operations, workforce performance, budgets, and operational execution.\nExperience leading multi-functional teams within construction, electrical contracting, industrial, or service-related environments strongly preferred.\nStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, forecasting, cost control, profitability, and WIP reporting.\nDemonstrated ability to manage financial performance, operational planning, customer relationships, and workforce accountability.\nExperience supporting organizational growth, operational scaling, and process improvement initiatives.\nStrong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and growing organization.\nStrong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.\nAbility to interpret operational data, financial reports, and workforce metrics.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, scheduling systems, and other operational technology platforms.\nValid driver's license required.\nOSHA or other construction/industrial safety certifications preferred.\nLeadership Responsibilities\nThe Branch Manager will directly lead branch personnel and operational support teams and will be responsible for:\nHiring and onboarding\nTraining and employee development\nPerformance management and coaching\nWorkforce planning\nEmployee accountability\nLeadership development\nSuccession planning and retention\nWork Environment & Schedule\nThis position operates across office, warehouse, field, and construction environments and may require visits to active jobsites, customer locations, and operational facilities.\nThis is a full-time, exempt position, typically working Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
