MIE’s web-based health information technology platform is helping physicians, nurses, and administrators make a meaningful difference in healthcare delivery across the globe.\nKey Responsibilities\nGain consensus from stakeholders to approve the proposed project plan before moving into project execution.\nEstablish project governance to provide structure, processes, decision-making models, and tools for managing the project.\nCoordinate regular meetings with stakeholders to assign and complete work as defined in the project plan.\nMonitor and control project progress, tracking tasks and critical path items to ensure adherence to timelines.\nUpdate project plans regularly, documenting changes for stakeholders.\nEnsure project documentation is housed centrally and referenced regularly for compliance.\nIdentify and control changes to scope by adhering to established control policies.\nCoordinate project closure activities including stakeholder sign-off and debriefing meetings.\nContribute to ongoing growth and development of Enterprise Health organizational process assets.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.\nExperience:\nThree years of business analysis and/or technical/software project management experience.\nStrong background in project management, preferably in the medical software industry.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget.\nExperience with pre-sales support, project scoping, budgeting, and timeline planning.\nProficiency in using MS Office, MS Project, and other project management tools.\nPMP certification preferred.\n Skills:\nAbility to translate customer business requirements into project specifications.\nStrong interpersonal skills with a talent for managing diverse teams.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and training skills.\nStrong issue-recognition and problem-solving abilities.\nLeadership and team management skills.\nAbility to travel (up to 20%).\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP certification.\nExperience with project management software such as MS Project.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt MIE and Enterprise Health, we offer more than just a job.
