Role: Oracle HCM Architect.\n\nLocation: UAE.\n\nWork Mode: Onsite.\n\nThe Oracle HCM Architect owns the client's Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform end to end: its design, its delivery roadmap and its day-to-day running.\n\nThe role combines four responsibilities in one person: HCM functional leader, Oracle technology leader, portfolio manager and IT service and operations leader.\n\nThe person works onsite in the UAE with the client's HR and IT leadership.\n\nThey must be hands-on in Core HR, Time and Absence, and HCM Analytics.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nHCM functional leader:\n\n- Lead solution design for Core HR, Time and Absence, and HCM Analytics.\n\n- Run requirement workshops with HR, map current processes and design the future-state processes.\n\n- Configure and validate the modules hands-on, and guide the functional consultants.\n\n- Lead testing, UAT, go-live and hypercare.\n\nOracle technology leader:\n\n- Own the Oracle HCM architecture: integrations, data migration, security roles and reporting.\n\n- Guide the technical team on HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas and Oracle Integration Cloud.\n\n- Assess each Oracle quarterly release and plan its adoption, including Redwood pages.\n\nPortfolio manager:\n\n- Maintain the HCM roadmap and prioritise projects and enhancements with business leaders.\n\n- Prepare estimates and resource plans, and track budgets, risks and change requests.\n\n- Report progress to the steering committee and manage implementation partners.\n\nIT service and operations leader :\n\n- Own post-go-live support: incidents, service requests, SLAs and root-cause fixes.\n\n- Manage the support team and vendors, and work with Oracle Support on escalations.\n\n- Keep the system compliant with UAE labour rules and the client's HR policies.\n\nMust-have skills and experience :\n\n- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM: at least 2 end-to-end implementations as architect or functional lead.\n\n- Hands-on configuration of Core HR (Global HR), Absence Management, and Time and Labor.\n\n- Oracle HCM Analytics: OTBI reports and dashboards, or Fusion HCM Analytics.\n\n- Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, integrations and security roles.\n\n- Experience managing a roadmap, estimates, vendors and steering-committee reporting.\n\n- Experience owning support after go-live, including SLAs and Oracle quarterly updates.\n\n- Able to present to and advise CIO and CHRO-level stakeholders.\n\n- Willing to relocate to the UAE and work onsite.\n\nGood to have :\n\n- Project or work experience in the UAE or wider GCC.\n\n- Knowledge of UAE payroll localisation and labour rules (WPS, gratuity, leave).\n\n- Other Fusion HCM modules: Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting or Learning.\n\n- Oracle Fusion HCM implementation certifications.\n\n- Experience migrating from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud.\n\n- Arabic language skills.\n\nSkills\nSolution Architect, Oracle HCM, Oracle OTL, Oracle Architect, Oracle
