Our average hourly production bonus is $4.00 per hour, but production bonuses are not capped. Our average compensation ranges depending on the number of ASE’s you hold, State Inspections Certifications, overtime, and production bonuses. Enterprise Mobility and its affiliates offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services, to make travel easier and more convenient for customers.\nPrivately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and accounted for nearly $38 billion in revenue through a network of more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure that all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturers specifications and guidelines.\nComplete required manufacturer's training and perform warranty and recall repairs.\nComplete ADA installs as required upon completion of training.\nMaintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair.\nProvide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.\nComply with part and inventory tracking procedures.\nUtilize multiple manufacturers’ websites, software and diagnostic tools.\nMay process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation or buy-backs. \nMaintain the work area in a safe and clean condition.\nRequires ability to perform manual labor, such as, bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.\nModerate physical activity which requires handling of objects up to 50 pounds with long periods of standing and walking.\nPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as required.\nFollow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans\nQualifications\nTwo years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles required.\nOEM training/Certification OR 4 current and valid ASE certifications required\nUnderstanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus.\nA minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.\nMust have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.\nMust have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference and social security.\nMust be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.\nMust be able to work Monday -
