territories.\nResponsibilities\nThe Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services including but not limited to:\nRoutine general maintenance and repair work such as light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpet/floor cleaning, and snow and ice removal\nTimely completion of work orders generated by call-in requests or preventive maintenance schedule\nPerform duties of the company’s preventative maintenance program\nTroubleshoot general problems\nMove items as needed (i.e. furniture, file cabinets, boxes, artwork etc.)\nDelivery of office and building supplies\nSmall appliance and equipment installation (pressure washers, air compressors, etc…)\nWorking outside in all types of weather and temperatures and in a typical office environment\nUse a variety of equipment: a large assortment of vehicles (may include 15-passenger vans and airport buses), safety belts, 2-way radio or cellular phone, phone system, customer service.\nMinimum of 1 year of related work experience in general building maintenance including, but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, equipment/appliance repair, drywall repair and painting\nMust be able to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly due to heavy equipment\nMust be able to move and climb ladders (6-24 feet) and work with arms overhead while on ladder on a regular basis\nMust have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years\nNo drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years\nMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nMust
