You will collaborate with stakeholders, product management, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions. You'll engage with customers using business analysis, process improvement, and product management skills to help define and refine business processes, develop product roadmaps, and support agile development practices. You will also use AI-assisted tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, and testing, while validating AI-generated outputs before use.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of business process modelling.\nFluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nGather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.\nCollaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment of requirements with business goals.\nPrepare business process flows, wireframes, and user stories.\nConduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.\nDevelop and manage a product backlog, ensuring timely and effective prioritization of requirements.\nAssist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for product improvements.\nPrepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership and clients.\nManage timeline and scope, ensuring customer expectations are met.\nCommunicate effectively with large and small project teams consisting of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nUse AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to support requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis, validating outputs before use.\nUse AI to help draft and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements documentation, process flows, and meeting summaries.\nIdentify opportunities where AI can improve existing business processes and product functionality.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.\nBachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.\nRequired Skills:\nMinimum 3+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting.\nExperience of working with offshore teams is required.\nProficiency in requirement gathering tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.\nExperience managing the project lifecycle for large corporate clients.\nHands-on experience using AI-assisted tools for Business Analysis, documentation, or research is required.\nKnowledge of process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML) is a plus.\nExperience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI) is a plus.\nStrong understanding of software development best practices.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.\nHands-on experience with product development across multiple platforms is a plus.\nBenefits:\nTalent upskilling
