This role requires someone comfortable owning end-to-end delivery, from designing backend APIs to building modern, responsive frontends. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in delivering clean, scalable, and secure solutions on Azure.\nThis isn’t a task-by-task coding job. We’re looking for someone who understands the why behind the work, brings ideas forward, and consistently executes at a high level.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend.\nWork across the full stack to implement features, resolve bugs, and improve application performance.\nCollaborate with architects, QA engineers, project managers, and client-facing teams.\nContribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions.\nWrite clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code following best practices.\nEnsure solutions are secure, performant, scalable, and cloud-optimized for Azure.\nUse AI-assisted coding tools where appropriate to support development, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation.\nReview and validate AI-generated code before integrating it into production systems, ensuring security, quality, performance, and maintainability.\nParticipate in peer reviews, estimations, and sprint planning sessions.\nStay up to date with emerging technologies and proactively bring forward ideas for technical and process improvements.\nTake ownership of end-to-end delivery while balancing speed, quality, security, and maintainability.\n Core Technical Skills Required:Strong experience with .NET (C#, .NET Core/6/7).\nSolid hands-on experience with Angular or React - must be confident in at least one.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Storage, Functions, and related cloud services.\nExperience with REST APIs and relational databases such as SQL Server or similar.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and DevOps principles.\nExperience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code and ChatGPT etc.\nAbility to critically review and validate AI-generated code for security, quality, performance, and maintainability.\nMicrosoft certifications are a strong plus.\nExperience & Background:4-6 years of full-stack development experience in modern, structured environments.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams.\nExperience contributing to larger systems or platforms, not just isolated modules.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to balance speed and quality, making pragmatic decisions to support successful delivery.\nDemonstrated ownership of features and solutions from development through deployment.\nSoft Skills:Strong communication skills - able to actively listen, ask thoughtful questions, and explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nComfortable interacting with clients and cross-functional teams, contributing to conversations beyond just code.\nBrings ideas forward proactively, not just when asked.\nCollaborative team player -
