You will work closely with stakeholders and other product management and development teams nurturing long-lasting relationships and exceeding customer expectations.\nYou’ll engage with customers using project and product management skills to help customers build products across multiple platforms and develop custom solutions utilizing agile best practices. As part of our AI-forward engineering culture, you will also champion the adoption of AI-assisted tools and methodologies to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and drive innovation across the software development lifecycle.\nRequirements:\n3 - 5 + years of experience in the field of software development project management with technical knowledge.\nBackground in hands-on development, architecture, database, etc.\nFluent in English.\nGuide project meetings and other client engagements to meet customer expectations.\nCommunicate effectively with both large and small teams of internal and external project stakeholders to set and manage client expectations and timelines throughout the project.\nPrepare and deliver frequent updates, maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring a positive customer journey. ·\nPrepare status updates with key milestones and deliverables, next steps, risks, and project timeline.\nManage timeline and scope ensuring customer expectations are met.\nCommunicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully and resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion.\nUnderstand and validates the details of deliverables as provided by project resources.\nPerform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.\nCommunicate effectively with large and small project teams consisting of both technical and non-technical project stakeholders to set and manage client expectations and timelines throughout the project.\nProvide transparency to senior leadership and work with design, development, information security, and other product management teams.\nDevelop product roadmap with external stakeholders·\nManage product development using software development best practices·\nGather requirements and document user stories.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.\n Required Skills:Minimum 3 years of development experience in Bootstrap, Angular, React, Node.js, and .Net, Python.\nMinimum 3 + years of Software Project Management experience.\nExperience working with offshore teams is required.\nMUST have great communication skills in English.\nSCRUM certification a plus\nExperience working in an agile environment.\nSolid experience working with JIRA or other project management software.\nExperience managing the project lifecycle for large corporate clients.\nExperience building products across multiple platforms.\nExperience working with product management, engineering, and external parties to design and develop technology solutions.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.\nKnowledge of AWS, and Azure is a plus.\nHands-on experience with developing a mobile app (iOS, Android, both) is a plus.\nChampion the adoption of AI-powered project management tools (e.g., AI-assisted sprint planning, risk prediction, automated status reporting) to optimize team workflows and delivery predictability.\nFamiliarity with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, OpenAI API, Azure AI Services, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI) is a strong plus.\nExperience using AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Notion AI, Linear, GitHub Copilot, Otter.ai, or similar) for project documentation and team collaboration.\nUnderstanding of responsible AI principles, data governance, and compliance requirements related to AI-integrated software products.\nCollaborate with engineering teams integrating AI/ML features or LLM-based capabilities into software products, ensuring proper scoping, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.\nLeverage AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and productivity tools (e.g., AI meeting summarizers, automated documentation generators) to improve team efficiency and reduce manual overhead.\nApply a working knowledge of AI/ML concepts (model training pipelines, data dependencies, inference latency, responsible AI) to accurately scope and communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.\nEnsure responsible AI governance practices are embedded in the project lifecycle, including data privacy compliance, bias risk assessments, and model auditability requirements.\nMonitor and evaluate the ROI of AI tooling investments across projects, reporting outcomes and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.\nStay current with emerging AI trends in the software industry (e.g., agentic AI
