Our mission is to become the world's leading provider of AI-powered automation software within the next five years.\nWe work with leading companies such as SIX Group (Swiss Stock Exchange), SWICA, Generali and others to improve customer interactions and automate business processes using our state-of-the-art Conversational AI technology.\nOur global team comprises more than 70 highly qualified professionals from diverse backgrounds.\nWe foster an open, progressive company culture with state-of-the-art technology and flat hierarchies. At Enterprise Bot, you'll experience a unique blend of passion, ambition, challenge, and fun.\nTasks\nEnterprise Bot builds agentic AI for voice, chat, email and messaging, deployed by regulated enterprises across Europe, including financial services, insurance and public-sector organisations. We are Swiss-headquartered, which shapes how we approach data sovereignty, privacy and compliance.\nThe AI market is saturated. New tools launch constantly, and enterprise buyers are struggling to tell platforms apart from wrappers. This role exists to make sure Enterprise Bot is never evaluated as just another AI product. You will own our competitive intelligence, sharpen our positioning, take our product and platform releases to market, advise Product on what the market is telling us, and make all of it consistent in every country we sell in.\nThis is a builder's role. There is no existing product marketing function, so you will create it.\nWhat you'll own\nProduct and platform launches, end to end\nOwn the full launch lifecycle for products, platform releases and major features, from early planning through to post-launch performance review\nDefine launch tiering, so that a platform-level release and a minor feature receive proportionate investment and internal attention\nBuild the launch narrative and the supporting asset set: positioning brief, messaging framework, demo narrative, website and campaign copy, release notes, customer communications and partner briefing material\nRun cross-functional launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Support, including a clear go or no-go checkpoint\nCoordinate with Demand Generation on launch campaigns, and with Partnerships on integrator, BPO and technology partner enablement\nDefine launch success metrics up front, including adoption, pipeline influenced, sales confidence and competitive win rate, then report against them and feed the findings into the next launch\nOwn the internal launch calendar and keep it aligned with the product release cadence, so that go-to-market readiness is never the constraint on shipping\nRoadmap collaboration (advisory)\nProduct owns roadmap prioritisation. Your role is to make sure those decisions are made with clear commercial and competitive evidence in front of them.\nBring structured market, competitive and buyer evidence into roadmap discussions, so that prioritisation is informed by what the market is telling us rather than by opinion\nMaintain a live view of competitive feature gaps and buyer requirements, particularly around omnichannel orchestration, deployment flexibility, multilingual coverage and compliance, and share it with Product on a regular cadence\nFeed win/loss findings and recurring RFP requirement patterns into the roadmap process as input\nReview planned roadmap items from a market-facing perspective and flag early where a capability will be difficult to differentiate or to sell\nSupport roadmap communication to customers, prospects and partners, balancing transparency against commitment risk\nCompetitive intelligence\nBuild and maintain a structured view of the competitive landscape across manufacturers, integrators and BPOs, including which players are competitors, which are partner candidates, and which are both\nEstablish a formal Win/Loss Analysis programme: define the loss-cause taxonomy, run the debriefs, and turn the findings into action rather than anecdote\nMine RFP responses as the primary source of competitive truth, since that is where head-to-head comparison actually happens\nProduce and maintain battlecards, objection-handling guides and competitive teardowns that sales can use without translation\nPositioning and messaging\nOwn the core positioning and unify it across geographies. Messaging varies by country today, and that inconsistency costs us\nTranslate technical differentiators into buyer-facing value: omnichannel orchestration on a single knowledge and action layer, model-agnostic architecture, on-premise and sovereign deployment options, native multilingual handling, and European compliance readiness\nAdapt positioning to local market realities (Spain, Switzerland, DACH and wider Europe) without fragmenting the core narrative\nDefine and maintain the messaging hierarchy, proof points and reference stories\nWebsite narrative and messaging\nYou own what the website says. Demand Generation owns the platform it says it on, and Content owns localisation into market languages.\nOwn the messaging and narrative on product, solution and platform pages, so that the site reflects current positioning rather than the positioning of the last launch\nPropose the information architecture and the overall site narrative, including how the platform story is told across pages, and work with Demand Generation to implement it\nReview core pages against positioning on a defined cadence, and keep them current between launches rather than only at launch\nBrief Content on source messaging and market nuance for localisation, and review localised pages for positioning accuracy\nWork with Demand Generation where page messaging and conversion goals pull in different directions, and resolve it on evidence\nSales enablement\nBuild enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, and ROI and cost-comparison material\nSupport pricing and packaging decisions with competitive and buyer input, including how implementation and professional services are presented in commercial proposals\nSupport analyst relations, RFP content libraries and industry event messaging\nRun enablement sessions so that new positioning and new releases actually reach the field, and check that they land\nVoice of the market\nRun structured customer and prospect interviews to keep positioning grounded in what buyers actually say\nFeed market and competitive signal back into product prioritisation on a regular cadence\nRequirements\nRequired\n5+ years in product marketing within B2B technology, SaaS or enterprise software\nDemonstrable experience marketing to enterprise buyers with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles\nProven ownership of product and platform launches end to end, not only the asset production within someone else’s launch plan\nDirect working experience with Product and Engineering teams, including contributing market and competitive evidence to roadmap discussions\nProven ownership of competitive analysis and positioning, not only campaign execution\nExperience owning product and solution page messaging on a company website, including keeping it aligned to positioning over time\nStrong written English, with the ability to turn technical capability into commercial argument\nExperience working with distributed sales teams across multiple countries\nComfort operating with European working hours for part of the day\nStrongly preferred\nBackground in conversational AI, CCaaS, contact centre technology, automation or adjacent categories\nExperience marketing into regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare or public sector\nFamiliarity with European compliance frameworks (GDPR, DORA and sector certifications) as buying criteria\nExperience with on-premise or hybrid deployment models, not SaaS only\nExperience launching platform products rather than single-channel point solutions\nExposure to partner and channel go-to-market\nHow we'll know you're the right fit\nYou can look at a crowded category and articulate why one product is structurally different, not simply better marketed\nYou can walk us through a launch you owned end to end, including what you would do differently\nYou have run a win/loss programme, or built one from nothing\nYou can influence a roadmap you do not control by bringing evidence rather than pressure, and you are equally comfortable telling Sales when the positioning is wrong.\nFirst 90 days\nDays 1 to 30: Competitive landscape mapped and classified. Ten win/loss interviews completed across recent deals. Launch process and release cadence understood, with current gaps documented.\nDays 31 to 60: Core positioning documented and validated with the CEO and regional sales leads. First battlecards in the hands of sales. Launch framework and tiering agreed with Product.\nDays 61 to 90: Unified messaging framework rolled out across markets. Win/loss programme running on a repeatable cadence. First launch owned end to end under the new framework, with success metrics reported.\nBenefits\nShape a function from the ground up - Build Enterprise Bot's first Product Marketing function and have a direct impact on product strategy, positioning and go-to-market.\nWork with cutting-edge AI - Help define the market narrative for an enterprise-grade agentic AI platform used by leading financial services, insurance and public sector organisations across Europe.\nGlobal exposure - Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering and commercial teams across Switzerland, Spain, Poland, the UK and other European markets.\nHigh ownership, low bureaucracy - Take ownership of launches, competitive strategy and messaging, with the autonomy to influence business decisions and work directly with senior leadership.\n Competitive salary and performance-based incentives - We offer a competitive compensation package aligned to experience and impact.\nThis is a unique opportunity to build a Product Marketing function from the ground up and influence how Enterprise Bot competes and grows across Europe. If that excites you, we'd love to hear from you.","description_format":"text","description_chars":10368,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Conversational AI","AI Agents"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-23T14:27:16Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":28,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.644,"p_room":0.44,"age_days":73,"expected_fill_days":60,"reasons":["conf:0","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-11-02T06:13:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/enterprisebot-product-marketing-manager-3","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/enterprisebot-product-marketing-manager-3.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-02T16:06:08Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":22412,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-03T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":29350},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=29350"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fenterprisebot-product-marketing-manager-3"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fenterprisebot-product-marketing-manager-3"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fenterprisebot-product-marketing-manager-3"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/enterprisebot-product-marketing-manager-3\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fenterprisebot-product-marketing-manager-3"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":1144760}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"enterprisebot.ai","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":1144760},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
