We deliver Cloud, Web, and AI-driven solutions (ERP, CRM, HCM, WMS, e-Invoicing) to help organizations work smarter, grow faster, and leverage AI insights.\nWe are looking for a Credit Control Analyst to join our high caliber team.\nYour contribution to the success of the team\nContinuous review of outstanding debt for a portfolio of customers from our customer base.\nReconcile accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and issue credit notes when required.\nNegotiate payment plans with customers and follow-up on agreements\nMonitor outstanding invoices and adherence to payment plans along with new billings in order to control further credit exposure\nReview and assess customer credit risk, maintaining up-to-date records in our finance systems.\nCollaborate closely with our Sales, Services and Finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.\nPrepare regular reports on aged debt, collections progress, and cash flow forecasts.\nSupport month-end closing activities and process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and better monitoring.\nYour Qualifications & Competencies\n2+ years’ experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable. Software, SaaS or business services environment will be considered a plus.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills - you’re firm but fair with customers and can engage with other stakeholders, such as sales.\nA problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nOrganizational skills, ownership of tasks and ability to prioritise.\nConfident using Excel/Google Sheets and accounting systems.
