By combining deep domain expertise with continuous innovation, we empower businesses to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and achieve sustainable growth.\nYour Role\nWe are looking for a Junior/ Mid Level ERP Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team and help customers transform the way they operate through the successful implementation of the Entersoft ERP platform.\nWhether you are starting your ERP consulting career or already have implementation experience, you will work on challenging digital transformation projects across multiple industries. Depending on your experience and expertise, you will either support senior consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle or independently lead functional workstreams while collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.\nFrom business analysis and solution configuration to user training, go-live, and post-implementation support, you will play an important role in helping our customers maximize the value of their ERP investment.\nYour contribution to the success of the team\nSupport and collaborate with senior consultants and project managers throughout ERP implementation projects\nGather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with customers and internal teams\nParticipate in customer workshops and translate business needs into functional ERP solutions aligned with business processes\nConfigure ERP modules based on approved business requirements and solution designs\nParticipate in system testing, validation, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing activities\nPrepare user documentation and support the delivery of end-user training to ensure successful system adoption\nProvide post-implementation and post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend process improvements\nCollaborate with development and technical teams to resolve complex functional issues when required\nMaintain accurate project documentation, implementation records, and knowledge materials\nContinuously develop ERP product knowledge, consulting skills, and understanding of business processes\nContribute to knowledge sharing within the team and support the development of junior consultants\n\nYour Qualifications & Competencies\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Final-year students may also be considered\n1-3 years of experience in ERP Support, ERP Implementation, Business Applications, ERP Consulting, Customer Support, Key User, or a similar customer-facing role\nExperience with Entersoft ERP or another ERP platform will be considered a strong advantage\nGood understanding of core business processes, such as Finance, Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse Management, or Production\nBasic to good understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and experience in ERP configuration, functional testing, and user support\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions\nGood communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a project team, managing multiple priorities effectively\nStrong willingness to learn and continuously develop ERP product knowledge and consulting skills.\nVery good command of English\nHow Success is Measured\nSuccess in this role is measured by delivering high-quality ERP confident and successful in using the implemented solution\nImplementation Excellence: Follow implementation methodologies and contribute to continuous process improvements\nCollaboration: Build
