You will translate the CISO's strategy into action, owning risk management, driving compliance, and acting as the security voice in customer engagements and vendor relationships. You will work closely with the CISO and collaborate across every part of the business.\nYour contribution to the success of the team\nMaintain and continuously improve our ISMS, keeping it aligned with ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, and GDPR obligations.\nConduct risk assessments across infrastructure, change requests, suppliers, and AI systems.\nLead or coordinate the response to information security incidents, and maintain and test our incident response plans and playbooks.\nSupport our Business Continuity Management program, including business impact analyses, continuity and ICT recovery plans, and regular testing, in line with ISO 22301 and DORA.\nRespond to customer security due diligence questionnaires and support contract security reviews.\nSupport our Security Awareness and Secure Development Programs and build a security-first culture across the organization.\nAssess and govern the secure use of AI tools, advising teams on AI risk and responsible deployment.\nSupport compliance monitoring and evidence collection across regulatory frameworks and internal audits.\nSupport the creation, maintenance and reporting on KPIs and KGIs.\nYour Qualifications & Competencies\n5+ years of experience in an Information / Cyber Security role.\nSolid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and security controls.\nHands-on experience with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, and DORA compliance.\nPractical experience with information security incident management, aligned with ISO/IEC 27035.\nProven ability to assess and manage third-party and supplier security risk.\nExperience responding to customer DDQs and participating in security contract reviews.\nFamiliarity with AI security risks, including OWASP LLM Top 10, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act.\nA professional certification (held or actively pursued): CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent.\nStrong communication skills: you can explain security to engineers, executives, and customers alike.\nExcellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, lead cross-functional work, and drive security outcomes without direct authority.\nExcellent written and spoken English is required.\nKnowledge and understanding of ISO/IEC 22301 Business Continuity Management principles is considered a plus.\nPractical experience working with AI tools is a strong advantage, as our Security team operates in an AI-first environment and uses AI extensively in day-to-day work.\nYour Benefits:\nWe are growing our team with the vision of having top performers who contribute directly to the growth of the company.
