We deliver Cloud, Web, and AI-driven solutions (ERP, CRM, HCM, WMS, e-Invoicing) to help organizations work smarter, grow faster, and leverage AI insights. \nWe are looking for a motivated Junior ERP & Business Software Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.\nYour contribution to the success of the team\nProvide day-to-day support to customers via phone, email, and CRM/ticketing systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their requests\nSupport customers in the use of our Web ERP and commercial software applications, including invoicing, orders, sales, purchases, my data and other core commercial processes\nUnderstand and record customer business needs and translate them into appropriate application configurations and solutions\nConfigure and parameterize applications according to customer requirements and business processes\nDeliver product demonstrations and training sessions to customers, helping them effectively use our software solutions\nParticipate in application testing, identify issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality and continuous improvement\nSupport the Direct Sales team with product knowledge, customer presentations, and solution-related inquiries\nIdentify additional customer needs and potential cross-selling opportunities, communicating them to the relevant Sales teams\nGather customer feedback and research findings and contribute insights for the continuous improvement of our products and services\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Consulting teams to ensure a seamless customer experience\nYour Qualifications & Competencies\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field\nGood understanding of basic commercial and accounting processes, such as invoicing, orders, purchases, sales, and commercial documents\nFamiliarity with ERP, accounting, or commercial software applications will be considered a strong asset\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in interacting directly with customers\nCustomer-oriented mindset and ability to understand and analyze business needs\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn\nAbility to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different departments\nGood command of English and MS Office\nYour Benefits\nWe are growing our team with the vision of having top performers who contribute directly to the growth of the company.
