You will strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support our commercial objectives, pipeline growth and market positioning. You will report to a Senior Marketing Manager and work closely with Sales and the local management team.\nKey responsibilities\nDevelop and execute marketing campaigns for assigned business solutions, in line with the marketing plan, to increase market awareness and drive qualified demand\nCoordinate and implement digital campaigns, webinars, physical events, sponsorships and content (email campaigns, articles, press releases, case studies) that generate qualified prospects\nCollaborate with Sales to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and improve lead quality, conversion and customer engagement\nWork with external partners, agencies and vendors to deliver marketing activities and campaigns\nMonitor and evaluate marketing performance indicators to optimize campaign effectiveness and return on investment\nManage marketing assets, including Business Unit website pages, product messaging, positioning and value proposition communication\nTrack market trends, competition and regulatory developments related to assigned solutions and suggest adjustments to marketing plans\nPrepare marketing reports, presentations and campaign updates\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications or a related field\n3+ years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in B2B marketing and/or the technology/software sector\nProject management and digital marketing skills\nFluent Bulgarian and good command of English (written and spoken)\nStrong writing skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines\nNice to have\nExperience organizing events and webinars\nKnowledge of ERP or business software\nBenefits\n Opportunity to work alongside
